Returns
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare tools and personal care products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, even if the item has not been opened or used.
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
To request a return, please contact us through the Contact Form on our website with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Photo or video evidence may be required to assess the claim.
If your return request is approved, we will provide:

a return shipping label (only for defective or incorrect items)
Items returned without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

the item is defective

the item arrives damaged

you received the wrong product
We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate under Australian Consumer Law and Canadian consumer protection guidelines.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

skincare tools and beauty devices (for hygiene reasons)

facial rollers, sculpting tools, mist sprayers, and related personal-use products

sale items or gift cards

items returned without prior approval

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item is eligible for a return and is approved:

Return the defective or incorrect item following our instructions.

Place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
